3:00 AM Got out of bed. Stepped into a puddle 3:05 AM Dog barked 3:07 AM People all over the hallway of my floor 3:10 AM Found out that the condo next to mine flooded out due to a frozen pipe bursting 3:15 AM - Called the Management company. Told them carpet in my bedroom was soaked. 3:20 AM - Was told that someone would be coming in an hour to look at it 8:00 AM - Got a knock on my door....
