2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Grass(not the dried kind) or Lemon Grass Paste
Chicken broth
1/2 can Coconut Milk (the small ones)
1 Onion
4-8 Cloves Garlic
Soy Chorizo (the kind from Trader Joe’s)
Coconut Flour (thickener)
Salt
Saute up the chopped onion and garlic in pot…
