i would kill myself if i worked in any of the environments showed in this 60 minutes piece. i don’t need toys, plaques, or dance parties incorporated in to my work day, week, month or entire working life. i have no desire to participate in ridiculous bonding rituals with coworkers either.
does this make me wrong? no. it just makes me old skool.
